14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If the netool.io does not meet your expectations, you must contact us via email@example.com within 14 days of delivery to receive a full product refund. Refund only covers lowest tier shipping costs (up to $10). We will supply the return label via PDF if within the USA. We do not cover shipping of international orders, nor does the refund include any taxes, duties or fees associated with imports.
Returns after 14 but before 30 days have a restocking fee of 7% and shipping will not be refunded.
90 DAY WARRANTY
Our warranty covers manufacturers defects no longer than 90 days after receiving the unit and does not cover damages caused by neglect or abuse. Netool.io may give discounts on purchases of new units after return of a unit with wear and tear to Netool LLC but it is at the sole discretion of Netool LLC the discount given based on condition and length of time after purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
